1. Open your device's Settings

2. Go to Developer Options

3. Tap 'Take Bug Report' at the top

4. Please wait a few minutes for the report to generate

When the report is ready, an email will be created for you that contains the necessary information. Please send the report to us directly at


* Please Note: You may not see Developer Options available. To make it available, go to Settings > About Phone and tap Build number seven times.
